As a dietary supplement, take one serving (2 capsules) of Phedracut Advanced X with 8-12 fl. oz. of water in the morning. If you need additional energy, take (1-2 capsules) 5-6 hours after your first dose. USE ONLY AS DIRECTED.

Do not exceed the recommended serving. Exceeding the recommended serving may cause adverse health effects. Discontinue use and call a physician or licensed qualified health care professional immediately if you experience persistent flushing, itching, rash or gastric disturbances, or other similar symptoms. WARNING STATEMENT: Too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and, occasinally, rapid heartbeat. One serving of Phedracut Advanced X provides 200mg of caffeine per serving which is about as much caffeine as two cups of coffee.
